Response time, communications, and their inventory systems including their Web site are all excellent! Picking and loading are very accurate, and response to last minute customer order changes and following code dates when picking have worked out very well. The facility is very well organized and well staffed and has helped us to maintain a fill rate in the 99+% range on a regular basis for many years. The transportation group they use has been excellent also in more ways than I can list.
